Long case.
Mr. K, 30 year-old man from tanah putih, came to HTAA for elective admission for renal biopsy. Patient ni dah diagnose to have nephrotic syndrome 15 months ago. pergh dpt je file dari akak yg jaga exam tu aku tgk ward 8b, katil 1. lega la dpt patient laki. tp bile masuk tu die renal punya case. mmg blurr tahap gaban. aku just elaborate more to hx n ddx je. sebab patient ni die came mase 15 bulan lepas dgn SOB, and generalized body edema up to mid abdominal. fuh mmg suspect liver n heart prob. tp aku fokus kat kidney je. sbb die dtg utk renal biopsy so aku assume cause lain dah rule out. tp salah. dr. arif ckp kne juga rule out liver n cardiac prob. tp overall puas hati dgn long case. yg tak puas hati short case. nnt aku citer lagi..
